The email exchange between Ariel and the City Manager is priceless. It is a great example of the terrible leadership from Ariel. He treats the City Manager with no respect. It is also a great example of why Ariel has failed in the private sector. A business leader writing an email with the tone that Ariel has used, would be put in immediate probation and next for termination. Why do CG residents need to put up with such mistreatment of our employees ?
I am totally against the way they (GANG of 3) have treated the residents, without regards to the City and residents. All they care about have have accomplished very well is giving themselves a RAISE and perks.
I wonder if the CITY has all their spending of the perks? We, the residents and tax payers of the CITY should be able see why they need so much money, to do what? ... There should be a log of their expenditure for all to see, I believe ARIEL and the GANG call for TRANSPARENCY, where is " their transparency".
And I have come to find out that they want to pass TALLER buildings for the CRAFT SECTION, conflict of interest for darling KIRK....
FRITZ and Franz, I have lived in this CITY 60 years, and I have never been there. Really do we need them? The City should and the right to rent space to whomever bids highest.
