In Episode 2 (Part 1), I sat down with Vice-Mayor Rhonda Anderson to discuss the Coral Gables Budget Workshop that took place on July 10th. During our discussion, we looked at the issues facing our city and discussed how a reduced millage rate affects the overall city budget.
